Live Show January 20th 8 PM PST - Presidential Inauguration Night

Hosted by Tom Morello of Rage Against the Machine, Radio Free L.A. will fuse cutting edge music and confrontational politics on the airwaves and the web with Real Audio. The purpose is to inform, educate, and organize listeners around sociopolitical issues while entertaining with music and humor. Radio Free LA will erase the boundary between alternative music and alternative political perspectives.

Interviews with both musicians and activists to get the perspectives of those making a difference. So much interesting, hard rocking and lyrically challenging music that people will listen to Radio Free LA even if they don't think they have the slightest interest in politics. Discussions and debates where musicians, activists, callers, on-line participants and the hosts scrap like dogs about the music and issues of the day.

Interviews with Michael Moore (Roger & Me, TV Nation), Mumia Abu-Jamal, Leonard Peltier, Subcomandante Marcos of EZLN (Zapatista Army of National Liberation) and Noam Chomsky. And amazing musical guests Rage Against the Machine, Beck, Cypress Hill, and members of Pearl Jam.
