Oliver Brown Plays Ukulele - Feb 11, 1997

What It Was

Oliver Brown performed at a gala event, Tuesday, February 11th (9 PM Pacific), to celebrate the release of his latest vinyl effort "KISS SOMEONE". Mr. Brown's exciting approach to the ukulele is a breath of fresh air in today's era of despair. His clever compositions weave humor, blythe and the wink of an eye into a comfortable (and stylish) velour. His subject matter ranges from lovebirds to crisp ocean air, from fourth-grade bullies to marsupials. Tune-in, relax, and be prepared to smile.

The festivities ran from 9pm - 10:15pm PST.
